  I usually love Panera Bread but they are not all born equal and this one is bad. Ordered the Thai broth, it was disgustingly salty. Had the impression of having pure soya sauce. Not at all what I am used too. Requested some hot water to dilute it but they add some cold water to it. It was a "cold shower" on my taste buds. Won't go back there for sure.

  I came here for what was supposed to be a quick dinner with my family. The mall was practically empty as was this restaurant. The young lady who took my order was confused about how to use the register. She was also very difficult to communicate with and seemed a little offended when I repeated my order back to her.
  
  Then we waited. And waited. And waited. We were talking as a family and then realized that it had been 20 minutes since we ordered. I talked to a manager who sprang into action. Another manager gave us free pastries, which was nice. But overall it was not a good experience all around.
  
  The food was typical of Panera though. But the next time we're in Charleston we will skip this particular restaurant.
